ANE, the leading less-than-truckload (\u201cLTL\u201d) trucking logistics company in China, plans to use the financing to invest in technology and operations to further solidify its market leadership position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ANE\u2019s daily LTL shipments reached close to 40,000\ntons and its total number of franchise depots was over 20,000 as of December\n2019, covering 96% of towns and townships in China. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With a growing and well-run network of depots and\ntrunk-lines, ANE has been steadily improving its profitability through\neffective cost management and increased operational efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yongjun Wang, Chairman of ANE, commented, \u201cThe\ntrend towards concentration in China\u2019s logistics industry is obvious. We see\ngreat opportunities over the next five years to expand our network, optimize\noperational efficiency and improve service quality.
