The\nfunding will be used to enhance the company\u2019s R&amp;D efforts, market\nexpansion, customer development and mass production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Founded in 2015 by experts returned from Silicon Valley,\nIlluvator CoreX develops enterprise AI software and hardware products, platform\nand cloud-based AI solutions. The company has R&amp;D centers in Shanghai,\nBeijing, Silicon Valley and Nanjing, led by Founder and CEO Li Yunpeng, who was\nthe technology director of Oracle\u2019s core database department. During his tenure\nat Oracle, he made important contributions to the successful launch of over 10\nversions of Exadata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Illuvator CoreX targets the AI-enabled high-performance data\nprocessing market and features proprietary high-end\/cloud-based universal chips\nand applications, aiming to solve the core capacity issues in today\u2019s AI era.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Industry estimates predict global AI chips market will reach US$\n34.3 billion in 2023 including over US$8.3 billion from China.
